About Nechama

Nechama exists so that arranging funeral, shiva, memorial, and grave-care services doesn't have to mean piecing together phone numbers and favors during one of the hardest weeks of your life. We bring together vetted providers in one place, so a family can find calm, capable help without having to search for it.

We built this for two kinds of people: those who want to be guided, step by step, through decisions they've never had to make before, and those who already know what they need and just want a clear, honest way to find and pay for it. Both paths lead to the same verified providers and the same support along the way.

We take no shortcuts on how providers are reviewed, and we never dress up urgency or grief to sell a service. This is a young project, still growing carefully — if you have thoughts on how we can do this better, our Contact page reaches a real person.
